I can't register with Aeria

I downloaded Shaiya today, and when I tried to create a new account with Aeria, this came up:

Your browser is not recognized, please use a popularly supported browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Now, I was using Firefox at the time, so I switched to IE and it still gave me the same damned thing. I went as far as downloading Safari (Mac's web browser) and that still didn't work. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
 
Try downlaoding Shaiya from a different mirror. I got it from file planet

I was able to download and install it perfectly fine. Its just when I try to register an account on the aeria games site that the problem occurs.

If anyone could register an account for me, I would like my screen name to be angrygerman. I could just change the password later or something. Thanks in advance.
 
I would be glad to make an account for you on one condition... JOIN THE FURRY! my main is Croiza on the first sever, lets play sometime.
 
hahaha right... oops I forgot about the whole people needing an e-mail in order to make an account. Well my e-mail is boris2426@gmail.com. thanks for doing this, I really appreciate it and the furry sounds too good to pass up, so I will definitely be joining them.
 
Alright boris, your move, the activation code has been sent to the email u gave me. I also emailed u a breakdown of the Furry races and classes.

I want to play the game too! I have tried 3 different emails, from hotmail, gmail, and yahoo. I also got 3 friends from other locations to register. No emails have been received for confirmation. This means that i cannot play the game because I cannot create an account. I would have liked to try some of their other games as well, but since it's all registered with Aeria, i won't be playing those anytime soon either. I also put the email address they gave into my whitelist. It's been 2 hours now... no email for confirmation.
